Absolutely. When you reach out, I’ll send you the option to book a free call or to directly book—choose whichever makes sense for you.

Back to the questions

Can we get on a call to talk about this before I book a session?

Each session is 45 minutes.

How long are kitchen coaching sessions?

Honestly, I think we should normalize this MORE. Not everyone wants to make cooking part of their identity, but that doesn’t change the fact that we all need to eat (and therefore, deal with food) every day.

If this is you, we’ll focus more on making the process tolerable and doable without taking over your life (and of course, enjoyable where we can).

Back to the questions

What if I don’t think I’ll ever like cooking?

As many or few as you’d like! If you just have a few specific questions to ask, one skill to work on, or just don’t want to take it all on at once, we can start with a single session and go from there. I won’t ever try to sell you on support you don’t feel like you need.

Most people who work with me for kitchen coaching prefer to have a handful of sessions (3-6) closer together when we start, so they can “snowball” their learning and build a good foundation—but plenty of people just like to check in here and there, too.

How many sessions will I need?

Thanks to the power of video calls—both! All Common Kitchen Services are completely virtual—you’ll just need your kitchen and an Internet connection.

Learning in your own space gives you the opportunity to figure out what you need and like when cooking, and what you’ll reasonably use or do on an everyday basis.
